Green View Golf Resort is looking for Guest Relationship Executive




Job Description / Responsibility

• Manage online customer queries & attend incoming customer calls chat and comments reply.
• Review arrival lists to welcome guests including group, VIP, individuals.
• Welcoming guests to the hotel in a polite, friendly and helpful manner.
• Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote services anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers.
• Answering telephone inquiries promptly & professionally & transferring calls on.
• Dealing with and resolving customer complaints.
• Assists with other department as necessary.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Skills Required: Resort Operation, Hotel and Resort, Resort Hospitality

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 3 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Resort
