*Team Member, Indoor Golf & Bar Venue* *Pay:* From $14.00 per hour *About Net Par Shallotte* Net Par Shallotte is a modern indoor golf venue where tech, sports, and connection come together. From Trackman simulators to a high-energy atmosphere, our team creates an experience that feels welcoming, organized, and genuinely fun, whether guests are serious golfers, first-timers, or just out for a night with friends. *The Role* We’re looking for friendly, reliable Team Members to help create an awesome guest experience. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active on shift, and being part of an energetic environment. Our team is cross-trained, so you’ll learn multiple areas of the venue rather than sticking to just one. *Schedule: please read before applying* * *Availability during Thursday-Sunday afternoons and evenings is required.* These are our busiest times. * We’re gearing up for winter, our busy season. Shifts start out lighter (around 2 per week) as we move into our peak season. * Additional availability beyond Thursday-Sunday is welcome but not required. *Responsibilities* * Greet guests and provide excellent service * Assist with Trackman simulator setup and basic operation * Serve food and beverages responsibly * Reset golf bays between reservations * Manage reservations and POS transactions * Support events, parties, and group outings * Cross-train across all areas of the venue (required) * Team members 21 and over will also learn to work the bar, including pouring beer and crafting cocktails *What We’re Looking For* * No experience required, we’ll train you! * Bartending or golf knowledge is a plus, but not required * Willingness to cross-train in every area of the venue * Positive attitude, dependable, and team-oriented * Comfortable keeping organized and helping out wherever the team needs you on busy nights *Benefits* * Paid training, including bar training for team members 21+ * Employee meal provided Pay: $14.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 – 12.0 per week Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Application Question(s): * Are you available to work during Thursday-Sunday afternoons and evenings on a regular basis? * Are you willing to cross-train in all areas of the venue? * Are you comfortable with a lighter schedule to start, with hours increasing as we move into our busy season? * Are you comfortable assisting with food and beverage service as needed?
