*NO GOLF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED — PAID TRAINING PROVIDED* *Must be at least 18 years old -- 21+ preferred* X-Golf Annapolis is an indoor golf and sports-bar entertainment venue featuring golf simulators, a full bar and kitchen, leagues, parties, and events. We're looking for friendly, dependable people who enjoy working with customers and are comfortable juggling several responsibilities during a shift. This isn't a job where you'll do the same thing all day. Our team runs the guest experience from start to finish. *Team Member — $16/hour base + tips* *Team Lead — $20/hour base + tips* _*Typical total earnings per pay period: approximately $22–$38/hour including tips*_ _(Actual tip earnings vary based on business volume and hours worked.)_ *What You'll Do* * Welcome guests, check them in and manage reservations * Process payments using Square POS * Serve beer, wine, liquor and non-alcoholic beverages * Prepare items from our food menu * Set guests up on our golf simulators and teach them the basics * Troubleshoot simple simulator issues—we'll train you * Check guests out and prepare bays for incoming reservations * Keep the bar, kitchen, simulator bays and guest areas clean * Help create a fun, welcoming experience for every group *You DO NOT need to know golf.* We're much more interested in finding people who are friendly, dependable, organized, and willing to learn. *We're Looking For Someone Who* * Enjoys interacting with customers * Can stay organized while handling several things at once * Is dependable and arrives ready to work * Is comfortable learning new technology * Can work independently when necessary * Is available for evening and weekend shifts * Is willing to complete company-provided Alcohol Awareness training Previous restaurant, bar, retail, entertainment or hospitality experience is helpful, but *not required*. *Opportunity to Advance* Strong team members can advance to *Team Lead*, receive company-paid ServSafe certification and earn a higher hourly rate while independently managing shifts. *Why Work at X-Golf?* * *Hourly pay + tips* * Paid training * Flexible part-time scheduling * Employee discounts, free golf simualtor use (when avaialble) * Advancement to Team Lead avaialble * Fun sports-bar/entertainment environment * Learn the simulator and about golf on the job Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 – 30.0 per week Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Paid training People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In person
