RESPONSIBLE TO: Superintendent & Assistant Superintendent
START DATE: April / May

Greenskeepers at Granite Golf Club are responsible for ensuring our golf course is in top condition through daily course maintenance, and special projects throughout the season. Greenskeepers are trained on a variety of equipment including motorized vehicles and hand-held tools.

Responsibilities include:

• Champion teamwork and a collaborative environment.
• Foster pride and passion in the condition of the golf course.
• Operate hand-held tools and machinery.
• Operate walk-behind machinery.
• Operate motorized vehicles and machinery.
• Clean and rake sand traps.
• Clean gardens and flower beds.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, including wearing proper PPE, when required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma (or equivalent).
• Full time availability.
• Landscaping knowledge is considered an asset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
