The Country Club of Scranton is in the process of hiring individuals within the Greens and Grounds Department for full-time seasonal and part-time seasonal greenkeeper positions. We are looking for hard-working, committed individuals to begin building a relationship for seasonal employment at CCS for years to come. Primary tasks include operation of various tools and equipment required to maintain the golf course daily.

Seasonal Positions (April thru October/November)
- $17 + per hour based on experience – Guaranteed 40 hours per week for full-time seasonal positions. Flexible scheduling for part-time positions. Early morning availability is preferred.
- No experience is necessary. We are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Regular hours are:
- 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (April, October, November)
- 5:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday through Friday (May through September)
- Weekend work is required for full-time positions. 3-4 hours on Saturday or Sunday morning. Weekend hours are:
- 5:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. (April / May / October)
- 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. (Memorial Day to Labor Day)
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and walk 2-4 miles per day. Some exceptions apply for part-time seasonal personnel and associated tasks.
- Uniforms (shirts/hats/PPE) will be provided to you at no expense.
- Golfing privileges on various Mondays throughout the year is an additional benefit.
