THE ROLE
Join our team as a Golf Course Worker, where you will be the steward of our acclaimed military golf operations. With your keen eye and expert care, you will preserve the beauty of our golf course, from vibrant greens and fairways to meticulously maintained flowerbeds.
Your versatile role will include everything from horticulture and landscaping to assisting in the repair and construction of course features. Your commitment to detail will ensure all our structures, equipment and surrounding areas remain in pristine condition.
In all you do, you will uphold the highest safety standards and take pride in providing the best possible golf experience to our clients. If you find joy in transforming outdoor spaces and thriving in a dynamic, team-oriented environment, this role awaits you.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
Education, Certifications and Licenses
High School diploma AND some years of experience in landscaping
(OR An acceptable combination of education, training, and experience)
Valid Driver?s Licence (BC)
Experience
In landscaping or golf course maintenance
In operating specialized turf care equipment
Competencies
Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
English Essential / Bilingual (English and French) an asset
