Salary & Hours
Full-time salary from: $70,000 per annum – commensurate with experience.
Flexible work-from-home arrangement.
Australian based - Sydney or Perth.
Included: Tool of trade laptop and mobile.
What You’ll Do
Curate and coordinate all aspects of luxury golf tours including post-booking support.
Manage email communications, responding promptly and professionally to guest and partner enquiries.
Oversee guest coordination and logistics, ensuring every detail is tailored to exceed expectations.
Create engaging blogs and social media posts to showcase our unique offerings and connect with our community.
Develop and execute social media and marketing strategies to elevate our brand presence and engage our discerning clientele.
Support the team with administrative tasks, meeting co-ordination and minutes, calendar management, and document preparation.
Collaborate closely with a tight-knit team in a flexible, remote work environment.
Who You Are
Confident to work independently in a flexible, remote work environment while staying connected and collaborative with a close team.
A detail-oriented, highly organised professional with a passion for luxury travel and golf.
You understand the joy and excitement that draws people to the game, and what fuels their passion for the game of golf.
A natural communicator who can engage with guests warmly and professionally across multiple channels.
Experienced in travel coordination or luxury hospitality, with a knack for juggling multiple priorities seamlessly.
Experienced in social media management and marketing, ideally within the luxury, travel, or hospitality sectors.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in email management, social media, and travel booking tools.
Skilled at creating high-quality, visually appealing content and managing multiple social platforms.
Eager to be part of a small, tight-knit team where your contributions are valued and your ideas make a difference.
