Tournament Intern – SkyLinks Management (Spring 2027)
Location: Remote (candidates preferred based in the San Francisco Bay area, Nashville, TN, or Myrtle Beach, SC)
Compensation: $2,000/month stipend (Hours can still vary week to week: some weeks up to 80 hours, others around 20)

SkyLinks Management is seeking a motivated and golf-passionate Tournament Intern to assist with the planning and execution of high-profile golf tournaments. This role offers hands-on experience in tournament operations, working alongside experienced industry professionals, and supporting events from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup, management, and scoring of tournaments using GolfGenius.
- Support on-site tournament operations, including registration, pace of play monitoring, and leaderboard management.
- Travel to tournament locations (California, South Carolina, North Carolina, Arizona, and Tennessee) as needed, depending on the timeframe of the internship and seasonal events.
- Provide exceptional customer service to players, sponsors, and partners.
- Help manage USGA Handicap System-related tasks and inquiries.
- Contribute to event planning, communications, and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Strong familiarity with GolfGenius and the USGA Handicap System.
- Passion for the game of golf and knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and tournament play.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work long hours during tournament weeks and adapt to a variable schedule.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
- Preferred candidates are based in the San Francisco Bay area, Nashville, TN, or Myrtle Beach, SC and able to travel for events.
- Ideal for a graduating senior seeking college credit and looking to gain experience in the golf industry.
