Tour Operations Associate - Position Summary
This position works directly with the Tournament Manager, Rules Officials, local Tournament Committees, and K&G Sports Management to formulate and organize new and existing events and help develop new events and partnerships in the off-season.
Tour Operations Associates will utilize their skills to assist Tournament Managers and local Tournament Committees in conducting professional golf tournaments to the utmost standard. Tour Operations Associates will act as integral parts of the competitions committee at each event, lead in course markings and tournament hole locations, and govern the rules of golf during tournament play.
During weeks the tour is not holding an event, Tour Operations Associates will work directly with Tournament Managers to assist in preparation for upcoming tournaments. Tour Operations Associates will also assist K&G Sports Management in several areas to facilitate company growth, including new event development and pre-event visits.
