LSV Electrical Diagnostic Technician - Golf Cart *Location*: Cairo, GA *Pay*: Based on Experience + Per Diem Available *Start Date*: Immediate We are seeking experienced Golf Cart Electrical Diagnostic Technicians to support a golf cart and low-speed vehicle (LSV) manufacturing operation in Cairo, GA. This position focuses on diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and mechanical issues on golf carts as they move through the assembly and manufacturing process. Candidates with direct golf cart manufacturing, assembly, diagnostic, or repair experience will receive priority consideration. *Key Responsibilities* * Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues on golf carts and LSVs throughout the assembly process. * Troubleshoot DC electrical systems, including 36V, 48V, and 72V systems. * Diagnose batteries, lithium battery systems, controllers, motors, chargers, solenoids, wiring harnesses, and related components. * Read wiring diagrams, schematics, diagnostic charts, and manufacturing work instructions. * Use multimeters, battery testers, diagnostic software, and other tools to identify root causes and verify repairs. * Perform component change-outs and final repairs needed to complete vehicle builds. * Repair or adjust brakes, steering, suspension, tires, and other mechanical components as needed. * Perform final quality inspections before completed vehicles are cleared for shipment. * Document repairs and communicate recurring production or quality issues to leadership. *Required Qualifications* * 6+ years of golf cart, LSV, or similar vehicle diagnostic and repair experience preferred. * Strong preference for technicians with experience working in golf cart manufacturing, production, or assembly environments. * Strong DC electrical diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. * Experience diagnosing batteries, controllers, motors, chargers, wiring, and electric drive systems. * Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation. * Proficiency with multimeters and electrical diagnostic equipment. * Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to independently troubleshoot and complete repairs. * High school diploma or equivalent. *Preferred Experience* Previous experience with Club Car, E-Z-GO, Yamaha, ICON, Star EV, Evolution, or similar golf cart/LSV manufacturers is highly preferred. Candidates with strong transferable experience in EVs, electric forklifts, powersports, automotive electrical systems, or other DC-powered vehicles may also be considered. *Compensation* Pay is based on experience and demonstrated diagnostic ability. Per diem is available for qualified traveling technicians. Immediate start dates are available. Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
