We are seeking a talented Turf Technician/Mechanic to join our Agronomy team.
This position requires hands on, strong mechanical aptitude and commitment to maintaining and repairing a diverse range of machinery used for daily maintenance of the golf course. This position would be ideally suited to someone who is a skilled dedicated individual with a passion for mechanics and ready for that next opportunity.

Golf Course Technician/Mechanic

This position requires hands on, strong mechanical aptitude and commitment to maintaining and repairing a diverse range of machinery used for daily maintenance of the golf course. This position would be ideally suited to someone who is a skilled dedicated individual with a passion for mechanics and ready for that next opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair diesel, petrol, 2 stroke engines as well as hydraulic and electrical motors.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure the longevity of equipment.
- Collaborate with the agronomy team to identify equipment needs and address issues promptly.
- Keep clear and accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment repairs.
- Order and manage inventory of spare parts and equipment components.
- Work Health and Safety compliance and to maintain a safe working environment.
- A willingness to learn new equipment.
- A formal trade qualification in a mechanical field e.g. diesel, petrol, small motors or currently enrolled in a relevant Australian registered program.
- Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of small engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
