Job Overview:
The Golf Cart Technician/Mechanic is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining gas and electric golf carts. This role involves everything from basic diagnostics and service and assembly to troubleshooting electrical systems and preparing carts for sale or rental. You’ll work closely with our operations and sales team to ensure all carts meet our high standards for safety and performance.

You’ll work closely with our operations and sales team to ensure all carts meet our high standards for safety and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair electric and gas-powered golf carts (EZ-GO, Club Car, Yamaha)
- Perform regular maintenance, inspections, and service checks
- Assemble new carts and prepare them for delivery or showroom display
- Install accessories (lights, radios, lift kits, etc.)
- Test drive carts to confirm repairs and performance
- Keep accurate records of work completed and parts used
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Assist with customer support or delivery as needed
- Mechanical or electrical experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, batteries, and wiring
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a routine drug and alcohol screening
- Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Experience with golf cart brands (EZ-GO, Club Car, Yamaha, etc.)
- Fabrication or customization experience
- Basic computer or tablet skills for tracking service tickets
