Job Description
Join the Team here at Bishop's Lodge and be a part of our Guest Experience by keeping our fleet of golf carts in optimal working order
Primary Responsibilities:
1
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on golf carts to ensure optimal functionality
2
Conduct thorough inspections of golf carts for any mechanical, electrical, or aesthetic issues
3
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, utilizing diagnostic tools and equipment
4
Execute preventive maintenance tasks to prolong the lifespan of golf carts
5
Collaborate with the resort's fleet management to schedule and prioritize repairs
6
Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including parts used and services performed
7
Maintain an organized and well-equipped workshop, ensuring tools and equipment are in good condition
8
Monitor and inventory necessary parts and supplies for repairs
9
Uphold safety standards in the maintenance and operation of golf carts
Qualifications
1
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus
2
Proven experience as a golf cart or small vehicle technician
3
Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems in golf carts
4
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
5
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
6
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
7
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
8
Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment
9
Familiarity with luxury resort standards and commitment to maintaining a high level of service
10
Valid driver's license
