The Golf Cart Farm is seeking a skilled, reliable, and dedicated technician to join our team in Mesa, AZ.
The Golf Cart Farm, a renowned and highly-rated 5-star golf cart dealership, is seeking a skilled and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Golf Cart Technician. As a Golf Cart Technician, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to golf cart repairs, battery installations, and other golf cart upgrades. Your exceptional technical expertise and commitment to providing excellent customer service will contribute to our continued success and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Perform golf cart repairs and maintenance, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and fixing mechanical, electrical, and technical issues.
Install batteries and conduct battery maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Upgrade and customize golf carts according to customer preferences, including installing accessories such as lights, stereos, windshields, and lift kits.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on golf carts to identify potential issues and ensure their safe and efficient operation.
Provide accurate cost estimates and timelines for repairs and upgrades to customers.
Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and time spent on each task.
Drive company truck and trailer for golf cart pick-ups and deliveries to and from customer locations.
Assist customers in selecting the right golf cart model and accessories to meet their specific needs.
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by addressing customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in golf cart repairs and maintenance (or similar field).
Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills related to golf cart mechanical, electrical, and technical systems.
Proficient in battery installations and maintenance.
Familiarity with golf cart upgrades and customization options, such as installing accessories and lift kits.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks and lift heavy equipment when required.
