Responsibilities:
- Perform automotive repairs and maintenance tasks on a variety of vehicles, including GM vehicles
- Conduct diagnostic tests to identify issues and provide accurate repair recommendations
- Complete brake repairs, including pad replacement, rotor resurfacing, and brake fluid flushes
- Repair and replace powertrain components, such as engines and transmissions
- Inspect and repair suspension components, including shocks and struts
- Familiarity with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and ability to diagnose and repair related issues
- Welding and fabrication for auto body repair
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic
- In-depth knowledge of GM vehicles and their systems
- Proficient in performing brake repairs, powertrain repairs, and suspension repairs
- Familiarity with ADAS systems and their maintenance requirements
- Ability to diagnose and repair transmission issues
- Skilled in welding for auto body repair
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
