  • Team Communication: Act as a bridge between management and employees—sharing updates, relaying operational needs, and fostering a collaborative, supportive work environment.
  • Social Media & Engagement: Assist with generating simple social media content (e.g., photos/videos of facility highlights, events, promotions) to promote the business and engage with our community.
  • Day-to-Day Leadership: Lead by example on the floor, supporting staff during busy hours, resolving escalated guest concerns, and ensuring high service standards.
Facility & Guest Experience (Core Duties)
  • Greet guests warmly, assist with lounge/bay technology setup, and manage customer bookings/reservations.
  • Deliver high-quality service by answering inquiries, providing simulator guidance, and resolving guest issues promptly.
  • Maintain facility cleanliness, organization, equipment care, and safety compliance throughout shifts.
  • Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Leadership & Communication: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills; ability to coordinate team members effectively and handle conflict resolution calmly.
  • Reliability & Availability: Flexible schedule with willingness to step in for coverage on short notice.
  • Experience:
  • Background in hospitality, customer service, or event management required.
  • Experience with social media content creation/management is a strong plus.
  • Previous experience with golf simulators or general golf background is preferred.
  • Multilingual capability (e.g., Korean-speaking) is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to keep cool under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
