We are seeking a passionate and hands-on Golf Course Supervisor to join our team at the Sri Morib Golf & Country Club Rejuvenation Project in Morib, Selangor. Reporting directly to the Management, you will supervise the daily maintenance and presentation of the golf course while supporting the redevelopment of one of Malaysia's most exciting golf destinations. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a landmark project from its early stages through to full operations.

Reporting directly to the Management, you will supervise the daily maintenance and presentation of the golf course while supporting the redevelopment of one of Malaysia's most exciting golf destinations. Key Responsibilities
Supervise the daily maintenance and presentation of the golf course.
Coordinate and monitor greenkeeping crews and contractors.
Ensure greens, fairways, tees, bunkers and landscaped areas are maintained to the highest standards.
Assist in turf establishment and grow-in programmes during course redevelopment.
Monitor irrigation systems and report maintenance requirements.
Ensure proper operation and care of turf maintenance equipment.
Assist in planning daily work schedules and allocating manpower efficiently.
Maintain workplace safety and ensure compliance with environmental standards.
Support tournament preparations and special golf events when required.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in Turfgrass Management, Agriculture, Horticulture or a related discipline is preferred.
Minimum 3 years' experience in golf course maintenance or landscaping operations.
Experience supervising maintenance crews will be an advantage.
Knowledge of turfgrass maintenance, irrigation systems and golf course equipment.
Able to work outdoors and on weekends or public holidays when operationally required.
Strong leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
Possess a positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
