Golf Supervisor
Golf Central has set a new benchmark in Golf Entertainment in Australia and, we are planning lift the bar again with our $15m expansion. More golf bays, more bars, a brewery, a distillery, more event spaces and more dining options, means more fun for our patrons.
Golf Central is Brisbane’s premier golf and entertainment venue located just 8km from the Brisbane CBD at the entry to the bustling Brisbane Airport and beside the DFO. We are home to Brisbane’s first Top Tracer driving range with ball tracking technology and gamification, 18-hole mini golf course and our function spaces which overlook our stunning resort style landscape.
This position requires an individual who is capable of leading and motivating a small team. The successful applicant will possess a passion for delivering consistently high levels of customer service and work well under pressure. A strong background in golf retail sales, customer service and experience in a member environment is highly desirable.

Job tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Providing assistance to the Golf Shop Manager to steer the operation of retail, driving range and mini golf
- Assisting with custom orders, emails and invoicing
- Driving retail sales through the retail outlet
- Be an experienced supervisor and capable of leading a team
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Be professional and reliable
- Have experience in the golf industry
- Be highly motivated
- Must be flexible to work a variety of shifts across a 7day roster including weekends and evenings
- Have a high standard of presentation and exceptional communication skills.
- Be computer (Microsoft Office) and POS literate
