About the Opportunity 

Are you passionate about golf, great customer service and retail management? We are looking for a dedicated Golf Shop Supervisor to join our golf team and oversee the daily operations of our golf shop.




This could be just the right role for you? 

Reporting to the Golf Operations Manager, you will lead a professional team to deliver exceptional customer service to our guests. Your key responsibilities for the role include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, assisting guests with retail purchases, golf bookings, equipment hire and general enquiries

  • Recording and maintaining member handicaps and supporting competition operations

  • Maintaining strong knowledge of golf rules, course operations, handicapping and industry trends

  • Leading, supervising, training and rostering team members to foster a positive and productive work environment

  • Managing retail stock including ordering, receiving, merchandising and supplier relationships to maximise sales

  • Monitoring sales performance and identifying opportunities for growth

  • Maintaining a clean, safe and well-presented Golf Shop and work environment

  • Operating golf carts and supporting on-course activities as required



What you’ll need to be successful 

  • Availability to work a rotating 7-day roster between 5am–7pm, including weekends and public holidays

  • Previous experience in golf retail, course operations, rules and etiquette

  • Demonstrated supervisory experience with strong leadership and team engagement skills

  • Proficiency with MiClub, POS, EFTPOS and Microsoft Office applications

  • Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively

  • Passion for golf, including equipment, apparel and current trendsValid Victorian Driver Licence

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate

  • High standards of personal presentation
