We’re looking for a hands-on Golf Supervisor who can lead and motivate a small team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and keep our golf operations running smoothly. You’ll work closely with the Golf Shop Manager across retail, range, and mini golf, and you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment where no two days are the same.

The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Golf Supervisor who can lead and motivate a small team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and keep our golf operations running smoothly. You’ll work closely with the Golf Shop Manager across retail, range, and mini golf, and you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment where no two days are the same.
What You’ll Be Doing
Assisting the Golf Shop Manager in the day-to-day running of retail, driving range, and mini golf
Leading, coaching, and motivating the team to deliver consistently great service
Driving sales through our retail outlet and supporting with custom orders, emails, and invoicing
Ensuring customer experiences are seamless, whether it’s a first-timer or a seasoned golfer
Jumping in where needed to keep evenings, weekends, and events running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Professional, reliable, and motivated with a friendly, approachable style
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Flexibility across a 7-day roster, including evenings and weekends
Strong communication skills and high personal presentation standards
Comfortable with Microsoft Office, POS, and retail systems
