We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Course Superintendent to lead our course team in delivering an exceptional playing experience. Reporting to the General Manger this role will be responsible for the overall maintenance, management and improvement of the golf course grounds. This includes a significant environmental footprint across the golf course.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Course Superintendent to lead our course team in delivering an exceptional playing experience. Reporting to the General Manger this role will be responsible for the overall maintenance, management and improvement of the golf course grounds. This includes a significant environmental footprint across the golf course.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of golf course maintenance including turf grass management, irrigation systems, pest control, equipment maintenance and work, health and safety programs.
- Develop and implement comprehensive agronomic programs to maintain optimal turf health and playing conditions throughout the year.
- Manage a team of greenkeepers and maintenance staff, providing leadership, training and supervision as needed.
- Collaborate with the Club Board and Management to develop and implement long-term strategic plans for course improvements.
- Monitor and manage the course maintenance budget ensuring cost effective practices and adherence to the Club's financial goals.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices and environmental regulations related to golf course management.
- Diploma or equivalent in turfgrass management, agronomy, horticulture or related field.
- Minimum 10 years experience in golf course maintenance, with at least 5 years in a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent role.
- Strong knowledge of turfgrass species, agronomic principles, irrigation systems and equipment operation.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Proven track record of implementing successful agronomic programs and achieving high quality playing conditions.
- Familiarity with Critical Endangered Ecological Communities, environmental regulations and sustainability practices related to golf course management.
