Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the maintenance and operation of a golf course, coordinating with the client and golf shop to ensure smooth daily course operations. You’ll drive maintenance programs, budgeting, and safety compliance while staying closely connected with key course personnel. You’ll partner on long-term property improvements and supervise a diverse team to deliver a high-quality playing surface. Compensation / Benefits • Plan and direct maintenance across course areas per contract specs • Collaborate with the client on long-term property improvement plans • Supervise equipment operation, maintenance, and repair • Manage annual budget and agronomic plan adherence • Procure supplies and manage materials for maintenance • Generate and share maintenance reports • Hire, train, discipline, and separate golf course staff • Ensure regulatory compliance and safety program administration • Represent BrightView professionally to customers and the public • Maintain relationships to meet or exceed customer expectations Tasks • Experience in golf course management and turf culture • Knowledge of greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and bunkers maintenance • Degree or advanced knowledge in agronomy, horticulture, plant, or soil science • Strong administrative and communication skills; computer proficiency • Pesticide usage certification or licensing • Familiarity with fertilizers, soil conditioners, irrigation systems, and drainage • Ability to prepare the course for play and evaluate from the player's perspective • Valid driver’s license Key requirements • medical, dental, and vision insurance • 401k with employer contributions • company paid holidays • paid time off for vacation and/or sick leave • tuition reimbursement • variable pay opportunities
