We are seeking a part-time Golf Pro Shop Staff to join our team. As a Golf Pro Shop Staff, you will assist customers with their golfing needs and provide exceptional customer service. ```Duties```
- Greet customers and provide them with information about our products and services
- Assist customers in selecting the right golf equipment, apparel, and accessories
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pro shop
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Provide product demos and answer customer questions about golf equipment
- Assist with scheduling tee times and managing reservations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
```Requirements```
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Knowledge of golf equipment, apparel, and accessories is a plus
- Strong organizational skills to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pro shop
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional customer service
- or multilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse customer base
- Familiarity with phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries
