About us
Urban Fairway is the newest indoor golf simulator facilities in the San Francisco Bay Area. We use state of the art technology to provide our customers a unique and immersive golfing experience. We also work with various organizations and schools to grow the sport of golf.
Our work environment includes:
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers, ensuring they have a positive experience from the moment they enter our facility.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in setting up and operating the golf simulators, providing basic instructions and guidance, and ensuring they are comfortable with the technology.
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized facility, including cleaning golf clubs and balls and janitorial duties to provide an inviting environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, manage customer bookings, assist in event scheduling, and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of the game of golf is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
