About us
St. Andrew's Valley is hiring for the 2024 season! We are looking for people who are punctual, with a good work ethic and not afraid to get a little dirty. You will be given extensive training on a variety of jobs, encouraging you to develop good work habits. There is a mix of manual and machine labour, from raking to driving a mower.
During peak season we start at 5am and you would be required to work every other weekend for 4 hours per weekend shift. Approx. 40 hours/week during peak season. We try to be flexible when it comes to personal requests for time off.
The position engages in April and runs til mid-November, depending on weather. There are positions for students (May-August), and part time for those looking to get out of the house.

Job Responsibilites:
- Early morning starts (6am or earlier) and every other weekend
- Work in all weather conditions
- Fairway/Greens/Rough Mowing, course setup/clean up, bunker maintenance, other duties as assigned
- Clean and maintain the facility and the equipment on a daily basis
- Free golf (upon manager approval)
- Discounted food & beverage
- Discounted hard good and soft goods in the pro shop
Contract length: 8 months
