Acushnet Canada Inc. has an exciting contract opportunity for a Titleist Golf Ball Fitting Specialist.
What You Will Be Doing
The position will be responsible for conducting golf ball focused consumer events, as part of a Titleist Golf Ball Fitting Van Team, by expertly fitting and educating golfers while representing Titleist in ways that increase golfers’ loyalty to our brand. Titleist Golf Ball Fitting Specialists’ efforts directly influence the consumer experience for thousands ofconsumers who visit Titleist Golf Ball Fitting and Education Events. The length of contract will be March 2nd to October 11th, 2026.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include delivering industry-leading fitting advice, product knowledge and customer service to enhance golfers’ performance and increase their loyalty to the brand.
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Conducting fitting and education events during the golf season, primarily from Wednesday to Sunday
• Events vary from five to eight hours long and consist of Ball Fitting Days, Tournaments and similar events
• Conducting event logistics such as planning event schedule, pre-event calls to customers, entering information in online databases, and sharing recommended product specification with consumers
Qualifications:
The qualified candidate should possess post-secondary education or equivalent. Additional qualifications includeexceptional customer service skills and superior golf product knowledge with the ability to present effectively to consumers. The qualified candidate will be comfortable using technology such as TrackMan and mobile applications andbe extremely reliable and dependable with high attention to detail.
Physical Requirements/Environmental Factors:
• Work effectively as part of a team
• Able to lift cases of golf balls, outdoor signage and other equipment (40 lbs) multiple times/day
• Able to stand for extended periods of time (5-8 hours per day) outside
