Duties
- Greet guests warmly, assist with merchandise selection, and provide expert advice on golf equipment and accessories
- Handle cash transactions accurately, process sales, and maintain proper cash handling procedures
- Manage reservations for tee times and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the golf shop and surrounding areas
- Support event management efforts during tournaments or special events by assisting with setup, guest registration, and coordination
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts promptly, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
- Assist with food service operations when needed, including serving snacks or beverages to guests
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail environments preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently in public speaking situations
- Experience in conflict management and guest relations to handle diverse situations professionally
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and stand for extended periods
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
