We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Golf Shop Attendant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about golf and customer service. As a Golf Shop Attendant, you will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inventory, and ensuring a welcoming environment in the golf shop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting customers with purchases and inquiries.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
- Manage and organize golf shop merchandise.
- Schedule tee times and handle reservations.
- Provide information about golf course policies and promotions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking.
- Maintain golf carts to include the staging and cleaning of carts when necessary
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of golf and related equipment (preferred).
- Ability to handle transactions and operate a point-of-sale system.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
