Position Responsibilities
As a Golf Shop Attendant, you will play an important role in creating an outstanding experience for our members and their guests. Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and managing tee times
- Assisting members and guests with golf shop purchases
- Maintaining the organization, cleanliness, and presentation of the golf shop
- Answering phones and assisting with member inquiries
- Supporting daily golf operations as needed
- Most importantly, providing exceptional customer service to every member and guest
The ideal candidate will:
- Enjoy working with people and delivering outstanding customer service
- Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
- Be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Compensation & Benefits
- Part-time hourly position
- $14.00–$17.00 per hour, based on experience
