Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, offering assistance with tee times, equipment rentals, and merchandise purchases
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and balancing registers at shift end
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the golf shop, ensuring merchandise is well-stocked and displays are appealing
- Provide expert advice on golf equipment, apparel, and accessories to enhance guest experience
- Assist with event management activities such as tournaments or group outings, coordinating logistics and guest needs
- Manage guest inquiries professionally, resolving conflicts or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or food service environments is highly desirable
- Experience in events management or coordinating group activities adds value to your role
- Conflict management skills are essential for handling guest concerns with professionalism and tact
- Familiarity with resort or hospitality environments helps you understand the expectations of our guests
- Additional skills such as cash handling, guest services, or food service experience will support your success in this energetic role
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
