- Manage inventory and restock items as needed
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Answer phone calls and schedule tee times for customers
- Provide golf cart and club rentals to customers, as needed
- Keep track of golf course usage and collect fees from customers
- Handle any customer complaints or issues, escalating to management when necessary
- Stay informed on current promotions, sales, and any changes to the golf course schedule
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experienceRequirements:- 18+ years old- Able to work early mornings/weekends- Lift 50 lbs- Strong attention to detailBenefits:- This position includes tipsSeasonal roles lasting six months or less are not eligible for company-sponsored benefits, including medical, dental, vision, PTO, or retirement plans.- Overtime pay may apply for hours worked over 40 per week, per federal law.- All other benefits are limited to those required by federal law.We are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
