Role Description
This is a casual with potential for full-time on-site role for a Golf Shop Attendant at Latrobe Golf Club in Alphington, VIC. Responsibilities include assisting customers with golf equipment and merchandise, managing tee time bookings, providing exceptional customer service, and offering product recommendations. The role also entails maintaining the golf shop, ensuring its cleanliness and organization, assisting with retail inventory control, and supporting members and guests with inquiries related to golfing needs and memberships.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and effective Communication to engage with members and guests
- Basic knowledge of Golf and Golf Equipment to provide informed recommendations
- Experience or understanding of basic golf repairs
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and provide a friendly and professional demeanor
- Passion for the sport and for enhancing the customer experience
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
- Prior experience in a customer-facing or retail role is preferred
- Experience with booking systems such as MiClub and MiScore
