Duties
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through stocking and merchandising of products.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about merchandise.
- Upsell products to enhance customer experience and maximize sales.
- Ensure the golf shop is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with excellent phone etiquette.
- Utilize basic math skills for accurate pricing and transaction processing.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques and retail math is beneficial.
