Your Role: As a Golf Shop Associate, you’ll be the face of Penn Oaks Golf Club, ensuring members and guests receive outstanding service. This is a great opportunity for someone energetic, customer-focused, and passionate about golf.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service and manage member/guest expectations.
• Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently.
• Maintain attractive merchandising and displays.
• Answer phones and schedule tee times.
• Check in golfers and keep the shop organized and welcoming.

What We’re Looking For:

• Positive, energetic attitude with strong multitasking skills.
• Experience in retail, merchandising, or point-of-sale systems preferred.
• Familiarity with golf is a plus.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in varying weather conditions.
Schedule: Part-time (20–30 hours/week)
