Bethesda Country Club is hiring a Golf Shop Associate. This position will assist the professional staff with all day to day operations of the golf shop. Bethesda Country Club is hiring a Golf Shop Associate. This position will assist the professional staff with all day to day operations of the golf shop. Essential Functions:
- Merchandise the golf shop by making attractive displays.
- Assist with daily straightening of the golf shop and maintain inventory levels on merchandise and supplies. Process all merchandise sales through the RPOS system.
- Greet members and guests with a courteous and polite manner. Answer phones, record messages, and maintain communication with the staff.
- Place all special orders for members on a daily basis and communicate to members when items come in.
- High School graduate or equivalent, required
- Four year college degree, preferred
- Customer service experience, preferred
- Free play on our 18 hole golf course on Mondays
