About the OpportunityJoin our dynamic team at the North Adelaide Golf Course as a Golf Services Officer and play a role in delivering exceptional golfing experiences.
In this role, you will support all course visitors, encouraging repeat visits and attracting new guests. Collaborating closely with other staff and volunteers, you’ll ensure every visitor receives consistent, high-level customer service.
As a Golf Services Officer, you’ll showcase your in-depth understanding of golf products and etiquette. You’ll provide courteous, timely, and accurate information to customers in person and over the phone, covering membership sales and renewals, multi-pass visit sales, and merchandise sales.
You’ll also ensure the efficient and professional daily operation of the Golf Links Pro Shop & Par 3.
Maintaining the customer database and online booking system will be a key responsibility, along with responding to a wide range of inquiries and delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
About YouTo be successful in this role you will have :
Understanding of Golf Course and Pro Shop operations and golf products.
Sound knowledge of rules and etiquette of golf.
Demonstrated experience in Tee Time Management with MiClub and Mimembership.
Demonstrated sound understanding and experience in using Point of Sale systems, Financial Management systems and Records Management systems to ensure the accurate processing and recording of all financial transactions and business related records.
Experience and passionate about coordinating golf activities for social, competition, corporate and trade day functions.

The North Adelaide Golf Course is one of Australia’s premier public golf facilities and includes 3 golf courses and 2 Pro Shops / Cafes.
The courses are nestled within 82 Ha of parkland adjacent to the CBD. The course has seen significant round and revenue growth over the last few years and is about to launch some exciting improvements including enhanced food and beverage offerings and new branding.
