PuttView green * Member lounge and bar * Club Fitting * Retail *Golf Membership Service *team members will work alongside our *Assistant Golf Professionals* as the first point of contact for our guests and members, ensuring they have an exceptional experience from start to finish. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the friendly, professional atmosphere that makes *Studio Golf Club* unique. Your responsibilities will include: * *Greeting and assisting members and guests *as they arrive, providing them with a warm, welcoming experience * *Managing bookings and reservations *for simulators, lessons, and events via phone, email, and in-person * *Processing payments and handling transactions *with accuracy and professionalism * *Answering inquiries *about our services, memberships, and programs, providing detailed information about our offerings * *Maintaining the cleanliness and organization *of the front desk area, lobby, and other common spaces * *Supporting staff and instructors *with scheduling and event coordination when needed * *Promoting special offers, events, and membership programs *to new and existing customers * *Collaborating with the team *to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction In addition, you will assist with various areas of focus, such as: tournaments, events, marketing, social media, golf technology, merchandising, etc. What will you take ownership of?
