Whitsunday Green Club is a thriving golf facility nestled in Cannon Valley, Whitsundays, boasting a 9-hole (18 tee) par 3 course, driving range, and Clubhouse Cafe. Our club offers a relaxed and enjoyable environment for golfers of all levels, from beginners to seasoned pros. We're on the lookout for a golf professional or skilled enthusiast who is ready to take charge of "all things Golf" at Whitsunday Green Club. This full-time role includes some general hospitality and service duties. As the Golf Services Manager, you'll be responsible for:

We're on the lookout for a golf professional or skilled enthusiast who is ready to take charge of "all things Golf" at Whitsunday Green Club. This full-time role includes some general hospitality and service duties. As the Golf Services Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Liaising with the committee and general manager to develop and manage initiatives relating to golf play, member benefits and Club management.
- Event and competition management, including promotions, corporate events, fundraisers, team building exercises etc.
- Course marshalling during busy times (incl. weekends)
- Drinks cart and on-course service.
- Handicap allocations and management.
- Golf coaching if qualified.

Required Skills:
- Current RSA certification or willingness to obtain
- Own transport and permanent local accommodation
- Sound understanding of the rules of golf and golf etiquette
- Demonstrated experience in similar role
- Competency with competition and event management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
