As we continue to grow and evolve, we're looking for a Golf Services Attendant to join our team on a fixed-term contract from Mid-May to Mid-October.
About The Role
As a Golf Services Attendant, you'll play a key role in ensuring that all golfers experience the ultimate in guest care and player assistance. The golf guest service team are responsible for everything related to making our golfers' days more pleasurable and smoother. The successful candidate will be competent & confident in meeting & greeting. Golf Services Attendants may also be required to work in our Retail Pro-Shop. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Golf, you'll work closely with leaders and team members across the estate to deliver a golf experience "Beyond Everything".

- Welcome guests with premium, personalised service and assist with golf bags on arrival.
- Prepare, clean, and stock golf carts to 5-star presentation standards.
- Manage the bag drop and handle guest equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain practice facilities, including ball replenishment and tidy hitting areas.
- Support smooth tee-time flow by coordinating with the golf shop and starters.
- Provide accurate course information and assist guests throughout their visit.
- Clean clubs and assist guests at the end of their round for a polished departure experience.
- Keep all guest-facing operational areas clean, organised, and guest-ready at all times.

You'll Thrive In This Role If You Have
- Previous experience in golf operations, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
- Basic understanding of golf etiquette, equipment, and course flow (training can be provided).
- Familiarity with luxury service standards is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and guest-service skills with a warm, professional manner.
- Ability to multitask, stay organised, and work efficiently during high-volume periods.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining premium presentation standards.
- Physically capable of lifting golf bags, preparing carts, and working outdoors.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
