What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our Golf and Retail team, you’ll help create a fantastic experience for our members and guests while supporting the smooth running of the Pro Shop.
Your Day-to-day Will Include
- Welcoming members and guests with a warm, friendly greeting
- Managing golf bookings and helping organise the tee sheet
- Assisting customers with retail purchases and recommending products
- Keeping the Pro Shop looking great and fully stocked
- Supporting the upkeep of buggies and trolley fleets
- Helping with basic club repairs
- Opening and closing the Pro Shop when required
- Working closely with the Head Professional and wider team to keep everything running smoothly
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Loves delivering excellent customer service
- Is enthusiastic about golf and the golf industry
- Enjoys working in a team
- Has great communication skills
- Is organised, proactive, and reliable
- Takes pride in maintaining high standards in the shop and facilities
