Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance and repair activities for all golf carts, ensuring safety and operational standards are met.
- Communication with customers of any issues.
- Responsible for incoming inventory and delivery.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using tools such as ohmmeters and power tools, then execute effective repairs.
- Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and extend vehicle lifespan.
- Manage inventory of parts, tools, and supplies necessary for maintenance tasks, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Supervise and mentor technicians or team members, providing guidance on technical procedures and safety protocols.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance schedules for accountability and reporting purposes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
- 5-years experience on electric golf carts.
- Experience with Lithium Batteries.
- Computer and software knowledge.
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle or equipment maintenance.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment such as ohmmeters.
- Experience working on electric vehicles or similar battery-powered equipment is preferred.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and repair guides accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues efficiently.
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to vehicle repair and outdoor work environments.
