GOLF SHOP SERVICE STAFF - CALEDON (ALTON, ONTARIO)

We are currently hiring Golf Shop Service individuals to join our Golf Operations team for the 2024 season. Our Golf Operations team plays an integral role in the daily operations at TPC Toronto at Osprey Valley. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic and the desire to work alongside others to deliver a memorable Guest experience for all those on property.

Job responsibilities may include:

• Opening and closing of Golf Shop

• Tee time reservations

• Collecting green fees

• Answering phones

• Assisting in retail operation

• Aiding in the set up and facilitation of numerous large and small golf events

• Proficient in the use of technology (Microsoft applications) with ability to learn technology applications (Lightspeed Golf/Retail; PACE technology)

Requirements and qualifications

• Ability to work weekends.

• Willing to work outdoors in all conditions.

• Willing to work early mornings (6:00am) and late evenings (10pm) when required.

• Ability to work on your own and as part of a dynamic team.

• Ability to provide excellent customer service and deliver and exceptional guest experience.

Length of Employment: Seasonal - must be available starting in April
