Job Title: Golf Cart Service/Parts Manager

Job Description:


Buggyworx the premier Golf Cart Dealership in Pensacola, We are looking for a Golf Cart Service/Parts Manager to join our team at our golf cart dealership. The primary responsibility of the Golf Cart Service/Parts Manager is to oversee the service and parts department operations to ensure efficient and profitable operation. The role includes overseeing the service and repair of golf carts, ordering parts inventory, developing and leading a team of service technicians, and delivering exemplary customer service.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide oversight of the service and parts department, managing all facets of the department including scheduling, service work, production, purchasing, inventory control, quality control, and customer service.
  • Hire and supervise the service technicians to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Manage and order parts inventory, ensuring timely shipments and keeping inventory at appropriate levels.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures, ensuring that customer service is handled efficiently, effectively, and within our dealership’s values.
  • Work with the sales department, providing input and support for sales promotions and ensuring customer satisfaction through providing service and parts solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring customers receive excellent service and take corrective actions when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Have a high school diploma (a college degree is an added advantage).
  • Be highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong skills in inventory management.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and staff.
  • Have a proven record of managing a service and parts department, preferably in the golf cart or automotive industry.
  • Have strong technical skills with a solid understanding of golf cart mechanics.
  • Be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be proficient in using Microsoft Office and QB Point of Sale inventory management systems.
Salary: Competitive salary based on experience.
