Responsibilities
- Greet and assist golfers with check-in, tee time reservations, and providing course information to ensure a seamless experience
- Manage guest inquiries with enthusiasm, offering guidance on course rules, safety protocols, and amenities
- Coordinate with team members to organize events such as tournaments or group outings, ensuring all logistics run smoothly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the golf cart fleet, rental equipment, and common areas to uphold high standards of hospitality
- Enforce safety policies by monitoring guest behavior on the course and assisting with conflict management when necessary
- Support additional club activities such as food service or special events.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude and proactive approach to guest interactions
