*Job Summary* We’re looking for energetic, friendly, and organized individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding hospitality. Different responsibilities for bartender and waitress, but employees will be trained in both. Competitive pay with tips! *Responsibilities* * Greet guests, answer menu questions, take orders, and provide food and drink service in simulator bays and dining areas. * Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, and deliver food while following food handling, food safety, and sanitation practices. * Enter orders in the point-of-sale (POS) system; process sales transactions, cash payments, and other payments accurately. * Check in with guests, anticipate needs, and use appropriate upselling to support a welcoming experience. * Clear and reset tables, bus dining areas, and coordinate with kitchen and service staff to maintain an orderly space. *Skills* * Essential: Customer service, guest services, guest relations, hospitality, serving, beverage service, drink service, food service experience, time management, basic math, cash handling, cashiering, and sales transaction processing. * Essential: Ability to follow food safety and sanitation practices and handle food safely; food preparation experience is helpful. * Preferred: Familiarity with POS systems Pay: $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week Work Location: In person
