*Job Summary* Join our dynamic team as a Server Team Member and become the heart of our vibrant dining experience! In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional guest service, ensure smooth food and beverage operations, and create memorable moments for every guest. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality will drive the success of our restaurant. Whether you’re taking orders, serving drinks, or assisting with food presentation, your positive attitude will elevate the guest experience from start to finish. This is an hourly position at a Private Golf Club. Cash tips are not guaranteed. Hourly pay is 15.00 an hour plus tip pool. Service team members can also be scheduled to set up for events, break down events, serve events: weddings, corporate parties, golf tournaments, etc. Holiday that are required and non-negotiable: Easter, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving: the hours for these holidays is a 9-3:30 pm brunch buffet shift. We get in and out as quick as possible so that team can spend time with their family. These events are often, 300 plus members and their guests between the hours of 11 am and 2 pm. We are very good at this type of banquet service and service is always very smooth. Lots of teamwork but lots of fun! Closed for Christmas and New Years. 2 Shut downs a year, one in July and one first week of January. *Responsibilities* * Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit * Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems * Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktail and beverage service with spirits knowledge * Process cash and card transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures * Upsell menu items like specialty drinks or desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and food handling * Assist with food preparation or kitchen support during busy periods to ensure timely service * Uphold food safety standards and proper sanitation practices in accordance with health regulations *Qualifications* * Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred; fine dining * Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and cashiering procedures * Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence * Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced setting * Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques * Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately * Experience in food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols * Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude that fosters teamwork and guest satisfaction * Flexibility to work nights, weekends, or holidays as required by the restaurant schedule Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding dining experiences!
