*Job Summary* Join our dynamic team as a Retreat Server, where you will deliver exceptional food and beverage service in a serene, upscale environment. As a key member of our hospitality team, you’ll showcase your culinary knowledge, beverage expertise, and outstanding customer service skills to create memorable moments for every guest. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within the food and beverage industry while providing top-tier service in a tranquil retreat setting. *Responsibilities* * Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and personalized service throughout their visit * Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely processing of sales transactions * Serve food and beverages efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality * Upsell menu items and beverage options to enhance guest experience while increasing sales revenue * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, handling food safely, and adhering to food safety protocols * Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while managing cash handling responsibilities * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and timely delivery of orders *Skills* * Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or resort settings * Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and sales processing * Extensive cocktail experience with spirits knowledge and beverage service expertise * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle guest inquiries professionally * Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods * Basic math skills for accurate bill calculation, change processing, and inventory tracking * Food handling certification and understanding of sanitation practices to ensure food safety compliance * Ability to work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Join us as a Retreat Server if you’re passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
