At The Pheasantback Golf Course we want our staff to lead the Guest Experience at the table and ensure our members & guests have everything they need from appetizers to beverages. Our servers will tailor their style to meet the needs of our guests. Servers are responsible for the accuracy of the entire order as well as maintaining a positive and guest focused attitude through the entire experience. Contract length: 6 months
Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Selling food & beverage in a dynamic work environment providing both table service and concession sales in a Friendly Positive Professional manner to ensure our positive culture is upheld at all times.
- Must be able to guide guests through our menu, answer questions, make recommendations and make appropriate suggestions
- Answering phone to take food & beverage orders, take reservations, etc.
- Collect payments from guests in a timely manner.
- Check with guests to ensure they are enjoying their meal
- Restocking Coolers, Sales Racks & Food Storage
- Cleaning - Scheduled cleaning of the entire clubhouse such as vacuuming, Dusting, Washing Windows, Busing Tables, Mopping, sweeping, taking out recycling/ trash and Cleaning Bathrooms (Bathrooms both inside and on course bathrooms)
- Driving Beverage Cart responsibly, not interfering with game play
- Stocking and restocking beverage cart
- Ensuring the policies of the facility are executed daily
- Providing Excellent Service to our Members & Guests
- Help Promote upcoming events, leagues, tournaments, etc.
- Follow health and safety policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to perform critical job tasks under pressure during hectic events
- Ability and willingness to always present a professional appearance and demeanor
- Familiarity with computer & debit machine functions.
- Flexible availability (both AM and PM & WEEKENDS)
- AGLC Pro Serve Certification
- Golf, service or hospitality operation experience would be an asset
- Must be 18 years of age
- Computer proficiency in particular Point of Sale programs and daily use of debit machines an asset
- Restaurant experience an asset
- Must be a committed, details orientated team player
- Physical Strength- ability to stand/walk/bend/push/pull for extended periods of time, lift up to 50 lbs
