Your enthusiasm and sales skills will help create memorable experiences on and off the course. *Duties* * Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to recommend suitable golf equipment, apparel, and accessories * Demonstrate product features and benefits to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction * Assist customers with fitting clubs, selecting gear, and providing expert advice on golf equipment options * Drive sales by actively engaging customers, upselling products, and promoting ongoing promotions or loyalty programs * Maintain organized displays of merchandise, ensuring products are well-stocked and visually appealing * Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash or card payments efficiently * Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business *Skills* * Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor * Proven ability to drive sales through active engagement and persuasive communication * Knowledge of golf equipment, apparel, and accessories is a plus but not required—training will be provided * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail * Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for golf and sports retail * Basic computer literacy for processing transactions and managing inventory Join us as a Golf Sales Representative where your energy fuels customer satisfaction!
