We are currently recruiting for a Golf Sales & Member Liason Manager to join our Golf Operations team.

This successful candidates will include, but not be limited to; * Managing all Golf related contracted events by the Golf Sales and Hotel Sales team.
  • Managing all incoming non-resident and member enquiries.
  • Creating a regular member communication newsletter each quarter.
  • Running all Golf Event management where required, using golf genius.
  • Managing all member events and attending Captain's committee meeting where appropriate.
  • Creating and managing member events calendar including the management of the major competitions including Captains, Presidents, Member Guest etc.
  • Ensuring that all sales and membership enquiries are responded to in a timely manner (as per company policy) with great attention to detail in all communication and consideration for guest confidentiality.
Requirements for the role:
  • Strong administration skills are key.
  • Previous Sales experience is essential.
  • You must be a good communicator and posses the ability to build relationships across different departments.
  • Experience with Golf & Golf Services is desirable.
  • Membership management experience is advantageous.
  • Previous experience with Food & Beverage will also be an advantage.
